For orders outside the UK, please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which must be settled prior to receiving your goods. These charges are determined and handled by the customs authorities of the destination country, and REEF Perfumes UK is not responsible for covering these fees.

In cases where customs duties or taxes remain unpaid, or if delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as missed delivery attempts, failure to collect within the designated period, or providing an incorrect address, and the parcel is returned to us, REEF Perfumes UK reserves the right to issue a refund for the order, excluding shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned items.

Please be aware that if the parcel is disposed of by the destination country due to any of the reasons above, no refund will be provided.
